Nutrition -Zero alcohol for the month of November+ Eating 5-8 vegetables and fruit everyday – with more of a focus on vegetables.  
 
Exercise will do my Wii Active every day that there is no bootcamp or workout out in hotel when travelling for a minimum of 20 minutes a day.</description>
