Post your results for the November Challenge!

November has come and gone. With it some of us set some goals and met them. Some set goals but fell short. The question is, even if you fell short of your goal did you accomplish more than you would have with no goal at all? I know I did. I fell short on my no drinking goal by 3 days so got 27/30 on that one.
As far as the cardio goal I did well on the first half of the month 15/15 , second half of the month I got injured playing soccer and we had our baby so was a bit of a write off (total 20/30).

Definitely worth missing some workouts for
I will be testing to see how I did on the physical challenge goals and posting that here later this week.
Please post in the comments how you did on your goals so we can choose winners. Everyone loves prizes……

Did the discipline, came within 2 pounds of the goal. I am going to stick with it till Christmas and get rid of the last 2.

I did not have ONE sip of alcohol (rah-rah)…with just abstaining and keeping with a reasonable food regime, I lost 3 pounds. Going to bed earlier to make it to ALL my BC classes – I will fit those skinny jeans before New Years.

Missing ten days to a bad cold messed up my daily routine — But I’m back on track daily and it’s certainly improving my bad knee — just in time to hit the slopes. Well that’s my excuse!

I managed to not have any coffee for all of November… it didn’t taste as good as I remembered
And I can do 15 push ups from my toes

Successfully completed NO ALCOHOL November!!!! Certainly a challenge but motivated me to think of something else to give up in January. Am continuing to focus on the veggie intake.
Workouts were not as consistent as I would have liked but did manage to work out 3x in the hotels while travelling despite the intense travel schedule & time zone change.

Able to stick with veg diet…made me more conscious of what I was eating and was able to make healthier choices. Slowly reintroducing meat back in but hope to maintain the healthier diet. Not so successful on the exercise front although did exercise more than I have been since August.

Whether you are looking to develop your business as an individual personal trainer or launching a company, it is necessary to communicate the right message to the right people, at the right time. Don’t forget that first impressions count; people want to know they are buying a quality service, get this wrong and you don’t get a second chance, get it right & your business will flourish.
