Well the Precision Athletics Vancouver November challenge is well underway. Do you need to be a personal training client or boot camp participant to enter. No! Just post your goal in the comments and you are officially entered.
Prizes are in so its last day to sign up. If you start today you will have to go 30 days from now!

My November goals are:
1) No alcohol during the week (min. 23 days)
2) Wild Rose Cleanse (12 days)
3) Exercise every day (min. 25 days)
3) Stretch every day (min. 15 minutes)

Goal is to get ewight below 200 lbs. Limit of two drinks a week, and increase cardio per week by onw hour

50 pushups first thing each morning & before bed. Along with 2 training sessions per week, additional cardio of 30 minutes 3 times per week.

My goals are: cardio 5 times a week (includes boot camp), no coffee and no candy/chocolate

My goals are:
Nutrition -Zero alcohol for the month of November+ Eating 5-8 vegetables and fruit everyday – with more of a focus on vegetables.
Exercise will do my Wii Active every day that there is no bootcamp or workout out in hotel when travelling for a minimum of 20 minutes a day.

My goal is no alcohol for 28 of 30 days. Started Oct. 26, ending Nov. 25.

As well as 200 crunches per day.

Make sure if you are adding crunches you add back extensions to balance things out!
