		<description>Ok I&#039;m in! I want to do 5 full pull ups by Dec (can currently do 1 and a half). 3 drinks per week max, not up for giving it up completely too much fun stuff going on.  5 sugar free days per week. PB 1/2 marathon on November 29. Thanks Craig!</description>
